This page sets out the rules for using LuLu Creative (lulucreativegifts.com). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted what is written here.
The three things that matter most: your gift is generated automatically from the text you enter, so check it before you pay. Once payment goes through, the fee is non-refundable. But if the gift is broken or will not open, we fix it at no extra cost.
LuLu Creative sells digital gifts — personalised web pages delivered as a link. Nothing physical is shipped.
Once payment clears, the link is generated automatically within a few minutes, directly from the text, photos and music you entered in the order form. There is no manual step and therefore no queue.
Whatever you type into the form is exactly what the recipient will read. We do not edit it, correct it, or review it.
So please check before you pay. A misspelt name, a wrong date, or a typo in the message is not grounds for a refund — once payment clears, the gift has already been created.
If you are unsure about the wording, choose Jasa Isi (our writing service). There we write it for you, and you may request revisions until you are happy — before the link is sent.
Payments are processed by DOKU (QRIS, bank transfer, virtual account). Your card and bank details never pass through our servers.
The price that applies is the one shown on the product page at the time you order. Orders are only produced once payment has actually been received.
Once payment has cleared, the fee is non-refundable. The reason: the product is digital and is created the moment you pay — there is nothing to cancel or return the way there would be with a physical item.
The following are not grounds for a refund:
If the link will not open, is broken, is empty, or does not match what you ordered — that is on us.
Contact us and we will fix it or issue a new link at no extra cost. A repair is the remedy we provide, not a refund.

Our advice: screenshot or screen-record your favourite parts, so the memory survives even after the link expires.
A gift link is secret because its address is hard to guess, not because it is password-protected. Anyone who receives the link can open it. Send it only to the person you intend.

The gift you buy is for your own use — to send to a partner, friend, or family member. That is all.
The message, photos, and music you upload are your responsibility. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not break the law.
We may refuse or remove an order whose content:
Where an order is refused for the reasons above, the fee is not refunded.
The design, code, animation, and page structure of the gifts remain the property of LuLu Creative. What you buy is the right to use one gift for personal purposes, not ownership of the design.
The content you write and upload stays yours. We do not use it for anything other than building your gift — unless you give us permission yourself, for example when sending a testimonial.
We work to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee the site is free of interruption at all times — parts of it depend on others (our hosting provider, the payment provider, your own internet connection).
Where something does go wrong, the remedy we provide is a repair: the link is fixed, or a new one is issued. We are not liable for indirect losses — for example a gift being opened late and the moment passing.
This service is for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian knows about the payment.
These terms may change. If they do, the date at the top of the page is updated. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force at the time you ordered.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, we would rather settle it through a friendly conversation first — contact us, and almost everything can be resolved that way.
